There is no looseness in the diesel pump line and joints. Turn the centrifugal pump by hand to see if the centrifugal pump is flexible. Add lubricant to the bearing body and observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time.
Motor, try to see if the motor is turning correctly. The motor, when the centrifugal pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump, after it shows the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.
Control the flow and head of the centrifugal pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the centrifugal pump operates at the highest efficiency point to achieve maximum energy savings. During the operation of the pump, the bearing temperature must not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the maximum temperature must not exceed 80C.
If the centrifugal pump has abnormal sound, stop it immediately and check the cause. To stop using, first close the gate valve, pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
During the first month of work, the oil is changed after 100 hours, and every 500 hours thereafter, the oil is changed once. The rotor pump is filled with a gland to ensure that the drip in the packing chamber is normal (it is better to make a drip leak).
